Frequently Asked Questions

Want to get a feel for the club? Send us a message on WhatsApp or through the contact form. We’ll let you know when and where to join. Our regular group runs usually start at 19:00 on Thursdays and 09:00 on Sundays from Centrumplein in Heers. The meeting point may occasionally change; if it does, we’ll let you know in advance via WhatsApp.

Our group runs usually move at 5:30–6:00 min/km. You’ll get the most out of them if you’re comfortable running 5 km continuously. That gives you a good idea of what to expect.

No stress: we head out and finish together. We keep an eye on the group and leave no runner behind. If the pace feels tough today, we adjust. Still unsure? Come along and give it a try!

We usually meet at the Centrumplein (opens in a new window) in Heers, by the AD Delhaize car park.

There’s parking for cars and a secure bike area. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the start. We share the exact meeting point and any changes in advance via WhatsApp.

A bit of rain? We’ll run through it. We only cancel in severe weather, such as storms, lightning or icy conditions, to keep everyone safe. Check our social media or WhatsApp for the latest update.
